OMS-119

The 1U OMS-119 is a passive shelf (no power or management) that is typically used for CWDM or DWDM multiplexers or splitters.

It is useful in outside plant and customer premise applications or wherever rack space is limited. The OMS-119 ships with mounting brackets and screws for both 19” and 23” racks.

Installation is fast and easy. An integrated front tray provides fiber management and safe-guarding, for enhanced reliability and lower cost. Additional fiber management enclosures are not required.

Applications

The OMS-119 is typically combined with the active 2U OMS-219 shelf in CWDM or DWDM applications. It holds the passive mulitplexer cards while the OMS-219 holds the active transponder cards.
