Fiber Optical Attenuators
Optelian offers a wide selection of Single Mode and Multi Mode fixed attenuators ideally suited to today’s Dense Wave Division Multiplexing (DWDM), Erbium Doped Fiber Amplifier’s (EDFA’s) and general optical transport deployments.
Attenuators are available in fixed values from 0.5dB to 30dB and are manufactured to premium tolerances. Single Mode attenuators support 1240-1620nm wavelengths and Multi Mode support both 850nm and 1310nm wavelengths.
Attenuators are capable of withstanding over 1 watt of light power exposure, making them well suited to EDFA and other high power applications.
