LightGAIN 1310 nm/1550 nm In-Line WDM

The LightGAIN 1310/1550nm Ruggedized In-Line WDM is a passive thin film multiplexer used where no space is available for shelves or larger modules.

Installation is quick and effortless as each WDM is in-line with the optical fiber and requires no special mounting.

These WDM’s are normally deployed in pairs. At the near-end of a transmission link, the WDM combines 1310nm and 1550nm signals onto a single common fiber. At the far-end of the same link, the WDM separates the original wavelengths received from the incoming common fiber and presents them to their respective terminal equipment.

Each fiber pigtail is terminated in a high return loss SC/UPC connector and is of generous length from 1.5m (1310nm and 1550nm ports) to 3m (common).
